Lee was born in Manila, Philippines to a Filipino mother and English father, emigrating to the UK at a young age. After moving to London at the age of 18, he has worked in numerous bars and restaurants including St. JOHN in Farringdon and Mayfields in Hackney.
Sinead is from Tuam in Galway where she grew up and lived until she moved to Limerick to study Fine Art. The couple met when Sinead travelled to London to study her MA in Fine Art Printmaking at Camberwell in 2005. She has worked in bars and restaurants throughout her studies.
